How do you get football fans to say ‘yes’ for 5 years?
Brighton & Hove Albion FC were approaching a crucial time – their 1901 Club corporate memberships were up for renewal. As you’d imagine, corporate subscriptions are crucial to the Club’s financial well-being.

But they involve a long commitment - five-years, in fact. Albion needed smart, creative solutions for persuading fans to renew, so they came to us for help.

Our solution?  To design and build a stylish portal where members could renew their subscriptions online (an option they’d never had before). We also developed a bespoke CRM for the site, ensuring top-level service for subscribers. But we knew that it needed more than smart functionality – it needed to be sales-driven and inspirational.
So we focused on mirroring the exclusive look and feel of the 1901 Club (think plush lounges, sweeping views and first-class catering). To do this we used stylish photography, contemporary design and smooth, responsive navigation, each feature reflecting the luxury Club experience (all that was missing was the taste of gourmet pies).

The result? Members loved it and renewed in droves, allowing Albion to dream big for another five years.
