Kuoni Talent Finder website
The coronavirus crisis has had a devastating effect on the travel industry and sadly Kuoni has not been immune. They've had to make some tough decisions to reduce their costs and as a result had to let some amazing staff go.
That’s when they turned to us, to quickly design and build the Kuoni Talent Finder - a website showcasing these great people and their skills to the world.
The Talent Finder site is divided up into regions, with details including length of service, role profile, skills and testimonials, making it easy for anyone to search and review individuals. Each profile includes either a connection to their LinkedIn profile to connect directly where possible, or a personal contact detail in the Kuoni HR team for employers who are interesting in speaking to an someone they think would be a good fit for a potential job.
Design, built and live within 2 weeks and generating nearly 2000 unique views in 5 days.
