Great ideas, the golden ticket
Creative thinking and innovative ideas were just the ticket for Brighton & Hove Buses. They wanted to raise awareness and encourage passengers to try the new Quattro Ticket, a £7 ticket for four people.

So we developed the #THANKSBUS campaign based on the concept of saving more to enjoy more, visually presented in a set of storytelling graphics highlighting the Quattro benefits. The campaign was then run across the city on a number of strategic marketing channels including a very a strong digital ad campaign.

In a nutshell, we invited passengers to share their best bus stories using the hashtag for a chance to win a 12-month free travel pass. Sarah, our chosen winner, shared her story about using the bus on her way to the hospital while in labour - a memorable experience for everyone involved!
