25 years in. A new chapter for ICP.

After 25 years in executive search, ICP has entered its next chapter with a new focus, a refreshed identity and a completely new website.

We’ve been working closely with the ICP team over the past few months to help reposition the business around its growing specialism within the global sports industry, creating a brand and digital presence that better reflects who ICP is today and where the business is heading next.

Building on 25 years of experience
Founded in 2001, ICP has built an international reputation for connecting ambitious organisations with exceptional people.

As the business approached its 25th anniversary, the team saw an opportunity to sharpen its proposition and place its experience within sport firmly at the heart of the brand.

The challenge wasn’t to reinvent ICP, but to evolve it - retaining the personality, experience and reputation built over the past 25 years while creating something more distinctive, contemporary and relevant to the world of modern sport.

A refreshed identity
Working with the ICP team, we developed a new visual identity designed to feel confident, modern and unmistakably connected to sport without relying on the usual sporting clichés.

The refreshed identity combines a bold typographic approach with a new colour palette, graphic elements, imagery and supporting assets, all brought together under the new ICP | Modern Sports Search proposition.

The result is a flexible identity that works across digital and social content, presentations, reports and wider business communications, giving ICP a consistent platform as the brand continues to evolve.

A new digital home
Alongside the brand refresh, we designed and developed a completely new website to provide ICP with a stronger platform for the next stage of its growth.

The new site brings ICP’s specialist areas and services to the forefront, while giving the business much more flexibility to showcase its work, people, insights and growing library of content.

Movement, imagery and subtle animation help bring the identity to life throughout the site, while a flexible WordPress CMS gives the ICP team the ability to evolve and expand the content themselves over time.

Most importantly, the brand and website now feel part of the same story - a specialist search business built around the people, culture and performance that shape modern sport.

The next chapter
The launch comes as ICP celebrates 25 years in business and looks ahead to its next phase of growth, including plans to expand its international presence with a new Brisbane office.

It’s been a fantastic project for the O&G team to work on, and great to see the new ICP | Modern Sports Search identity and website now live.
